These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website highcut.travellin.me and the games and applications published by High Cut LLC ("High Cut," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

High Cut LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of New Jersey, United States, at 224 Park Ave, Rutherford, NJ 07070. Contact: Highcut@travellin.me.

2. Eligibility

Our games depict simulated gambling and are rated 17+/18+. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and meet the applicable app store's age requirements to use them.

3. Virtual items — entertainment only, no cash value

Our games may offer virtual coins and virtual items for use within the game. These are licensed to you for entertainment only. They have no monetary or cash value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for real money or anything of real-world value, and are not gambling. No purchase gives you any expectation of real-world winnings. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are final except as required by law or that store's policies.

4. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Services except as permitted by law;
cheat, exploit, use bots, or interfere with the operation, security, or fairness of the Services;
harass other users or post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content;
use the Services in violation of any applicable law or app-store rule.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, artwork, audio, text, and the High Cut and Cee-lo Kings marks, are owned by High Cut LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Third-party services

The Services are distributed through and interact with third-party platforms (including Apple's App Store and Google Play). Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Cut LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High Cut LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when we update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
