2. Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you email us or contact support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
- Account & gameplay data (in our games). An account identifier, display name, game progress, statistics, in-game virtual-coin balances, and settings needed to run the game and sync your account.
- Purchase records. When you buy virtual items, the relevant app store (Apple or Google) processes the payment. We receive a record that a purchase occurred and its receipt/transaction identifier — never your full card number or bank details.
- Device & usage data. Standard technical information such as device type, operating-system version, app version, crash logs, and basic, aggregated website analytics used to operate and improve the Services.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Sync your account and progress across sessions and devices.
- Process and validate in-app purchases and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Respond to your support requests and communicate about the Services.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who host our infrastructure and provide analytics or crash reporting on our behalf, under contract.
- App stores and payment processors (Apple, Google) that handle purchases and delivery.
- Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or High Cut LLC.
5. Data retention & deletion
We keep account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. You may delete your account at any time from within the game (Settings → Delete Account), or by emailing Highcut@travellin.me; we will delete or de-identify associated personal data except where we must retain it to meet legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.
6. Your rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the purposes for collection, and the categories of recipients; to request deletion or correction; and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
EEA/UK residents (GDPR): where applicable, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. Our legal bases are performance of a contract (to provide the Services), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve them), consent (where required), and legal obligation.

7. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for adults (rated 17+ due to simulated gambling) and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International users
We are based in the United States and process information there. By using the Services you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
